Beautiful Julia Jones is a young reporter fresh from college, very eager to learn, but also very naive. Her friend, Arlene, an up and coming dress designer, is horrified to discover some of her garments have been stolen, and is convinced it is the handiwork of Marty Blake, a leader in the fashion world.
